1. About these terms

This website and online store are operated by JingleLume ("we", "us", "our"). By visiting the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service together with our Shipping policy, Refund policy and Privacy policy. Our store is hosted on Shopify.

2. Products

We do our best to describe and show our products accurately. Some photos and videos on this site are illustrations or renders. The light curtain displays animations as a grid of individual LEDs, so how sharp a design looks depends on the design, the distance and the viewing angle. Colors can also look different on different screens. The product description lists the details that matter, such as size and number of LEDs.

3. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we ship it. We may refuse or cancel an order — for example if a product is unavailable, a price was clearly listed in error, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel after you've paid, we refund you in full.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars. Bundle discounts are applied automatically at checkout. Any applicable sales tax is shown at checkout. Payments are processed securely through our payment providers; we never see or store your full card details.

5. Shipping, returns and refunds

Delivery times, returns, refunds and cancellations are covered in our Shipping policy and Refund policy. Responsibility for your order passes to you once it has been delivered.

6. Safe use

Please follow the instructions that come with the product. Keep the USB plug, controller and power source dry and protected from the weather. The product is a decoration, not a toy — keep the remote, its battery and small parts away from young children.

7. Our responsibility

Apart from our Refund policy and the rights you have under law, products are provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be excluded.

8. Content on this site

The text, images, videos and designs on this site belong to us or our licensors. Please don't copy or reuse them without our permission.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Slovenia. This does not take away the protection of mandatory consumer laws where you live.

10. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place your order applies to that order.
